This is the best deep fryer I have ever used. It holds the heat at the level set and the drain feature works. I always had a problem draining the oil or cleaning the fryer but no more. My fryer problems are solved.

Had this fryer about nine months it stopped working. Love while it worked had to keep resetting it and the reset button is in a very bad place under the top part of heating element. Going with another brand this time.
