1. Buy a USB network adapter, this is a $40-70 purchase and it will increase internet speeds enormously 2. Be prepared to spend a hour or so deleting useless programs 3. Be amazed at the value of this Unit!

Excessively noisy fan, mouse does not work

 

This is my third attempt at buying a refurbished or open box all-in-one system. None of them have been satisfactory. I've never had problems purchasing refurbished or open box hardware before. Is there something wrong with this entire category of PCs?

Luv the computer, hate Win 8

 

Hope Windows 10 makes this a better unit

Hard to tell this was a refurbished unit it was in such nice condition. Packaging left a little to be desired but apparently worked as there was no damage. Paperwork was minimal, one double sided page. win 8 is a dismal failure, worse part is it's not...

Biggest issue is the operating system which is so far removed from other MSFT offerings. The computer itself is fine
