Olympus C-2000Z Review

The specifications, however were impressive, the standard "2 mega" resolution of 1600 x 1200, a small compact size (only 4" / 10cm wide), fast response and processing times, good build quality and importantly a big fast F2 - F2.8 (35mm - 105mm equiv.)...

Coolpix 950 vs. C-2000Z

I'm going to vote for the Coolpix on this one. The C-2000Z image seems a bit grainy to me, and maybe a little washed out (this could be from the skylight above though)

Canon 40D

Sony and Nikon have or will have competitive camera out on the market but I have an invenstment with Canon lenes ans flash units so I am satisfied with staying with Canon at this point.

Great travel lens or if your in a situation which changing lenses would be an inconvenience, I am very pleased with this lens.

Camera is a little on the heavy side. Still figuring out the bells and whistles. Not exactly impressed and not sure if it is a keeper.

Great price...

I am excited about giving this as a christmas gift to my husband. We have a nice camera but he wanted one with zoom. We are not professional photographers and i wanted something simple. I am hoping he loves it....
