Very nice TV for the price. It offers great HD quality and has not had any issues since hooking it up

The usb port is only used for updates and cannot be used to read usb drives.( a plus tho you can use it to charge your phone or power a raspberry pi)

Horrible.

 

If I had bought this for my father who watches everything with his hd tv in zoom mode because he doesn't like seeing black bars on sd shows, I am sure he would be fine with the problems and I believe that Hisense hopes you are that person. Steer clear...

I assume refurb for hisense means any model that turns on that was returned. Mine has numerous problems (faulty image scaling, volume spikes, non-useable menu options, etc.) and my refurb is not covered under warranty but they do refer you to a company...

Great TV

 

Overall its a great TV, it is lacking some of the features that newer TV's have. Fantastic TV for the price.

Picture is Great Great price for a 42" TV

There was a crack in the corner on the back of the TV, nothing causing any serious damage. Sound quality is just ok.

This is my first flatscreen and it is way worth it. I have seen others but this is a really good one.

great picture alot of functions , huge ...it says 42" but seems bigger ... sealed coverd as if new
