I can understand why the other reviewer had problems with the manual. I did too and I'm a programmer. Some functions can only be achieved on the base unit, others only on the cordless phone. And best of all at least one has to be done on the cordless...

I could not understand the supplied manual with the programming instructions. The base unit phone first prompts to set the time and date. I couldn't work it out with either the phone menu prompts or the supplied manual. I have programmed plenty of...

After having a set of other phones that kept failing, (Rhymes with Bin The Phone) I decided enough was enough and that I would opt for a better brand name.

Easy to install and set up. All the features you would expect on a phone of this price One touch answerphone unlike my old phone which took 10 mins to switch on. A really nice looking phone that does what it says on the box
