It is very easy to use although it has features I personally don`t need.It enables you to enlarge phone numbers which is useful.

The keypad is quite small so difficult to use at times especially when I`m horse riding.

very easy to use and my children love the games.

i have replaced the phone for the 3rd time in 2 months as the battery holds its charge for less than 2 days. I will not be keeping the same model despite being delighted with every other feature of the phone. It's just too inconvenient.
