This is our second Samsung fridge which we have had for over 18 months and we are satisfied with it. We haven't had any problems with things icing up or freezing solid as mentioned in some other reviews here. I have noticed that keeping the freezer...

It's a massive fridge. The crisper is great, with a divider if you want to keep things separate. It has a great quick chill drawer, (we call it the chiller diller!) to pop in some drinks or to store meat. Hubby loves the ice cube trays.

It sometimes moves out of position when you open the door, as the seal is very firm and you have to use a bit of muscle to open it. The water dispenser is not huge and the novelty of filling it wore off after a couple of months.

Looks good but only lasts about 3 years no problem if you don't mind spending the money but i won't be buying a samsung fridge again i do hear westinghouse are good.

The freezer has broken down after 3 years, therefore no warranty i called samsung anyway they didn't want to know about she told me not her problem and i should have got extended warranty (how rude) the fan is stuck from all the ice build up, so much...

Terrible

 

Was Resonably happy until recently when freezer began to ice-up. After reading former reviews I don't think I'll bother with warranty. Take it as a lesson learnt and buy a different brand. The fridge is not 6 mths. old. Hope this helps a future fridge...

This "fridge" is a total failure. The temperatures in the fridge section are totally unacceptable. In door drink shelves ran at around 8c, top shelf at 7.5c and bottom shelf at around 5.4c. Not good enough. Serviceman (in warranty) could find no...

Serves it purpose, water cooler, love the flip-out ice cube tray, large meat drawer, large f&v drawer, the solid shelves (not racks)

The drinks holder in the door (the bottom row) is not big enough to hold 3L bottles of milk, top shelf of fridge is too high so bottles cannot be stored standing up
