Poor quality control.

 

- Not recommended, quality control is a hit or miss.

-Sleek design, -beautiful chassis, -impressive screen and battery life

- The fan made a clicking sound when turning, requested a replacement. - The replacement's touchpad was loose, moved around with any taps and made a rattle. Returned it for good.

I was super excited for my new laptop to come in the mail today. Only to have a bad backspace keyboard button. Neweggs customer service told me I would have to ship back the bad device wait for them to inspect it and then send me a replacement. Rather...
