This is the perfect coffee machine for us.

We have this machine now for over 4 years and almost 10,000 cups of coffee. The machine is still going strong without any problems at all. I would recommend this coffee machine to anybody who wants to buy an everyday coffee machine. .

Love this machine

d does not take up a huge amount of space in the kitchen although the bean hopper might be a bit on the small side for some people but the upside of that is your coffee beans are fresher when you use them if you have to refill the hopper every few days...

Reliable, instructions easy to follow.

Good machine

has appeared and the power button will simply not turn the machine on. Krups were helpful in recommending a local service centre. The service fee will be $85 and reimbursed if we proceed with the repair. It is disappointing though, particularly when...

Timer, pre-heat cups, grinds beans, optional milk frother attachment/jug.

Power button no longer worked two days out of 12 month warranty.

COULD DO BETTER

LOOKS GOOD, PROMISES LOADS, BUT HAVING RUN MY OWN COFFEE SHOP, USING A MACHINE THAT WASN'T TOO MUCH MORE, IT IS SLOW AND OH SO NOISY WITH A LOT OF VIBRATION, NOT WHAT I'D EXPECT FROM OUR EU PARTNERS!!!!
