Coffee that actually makes it to your drinking vessel is quite good...

This coffee pot is a piece of garbage. The designer should be heaved off a tall bridge into a river barge transporting broken glass (maybe a tad extreme). That pretty much sums up my frustration with this product. The maker leaks from underneath...

24 hr clock. If you have to rest time wait until morning. Loose half your coffee on counter when pouring. If you break the pot. Ya gotta buy an entirely new maker.

Good warmer, nice looking

The carafe design is flawed. You can not pour a cup of coffee without spilling half of it on the counter.

It works great ONLY when it actually works. Love the 14 cup part as well.

Love the fact that it's a 14 cup pot and I got it at a terrific bargain.

If you like to pour the water into the pot or coffee in your cup WITHOUT spilling it------then don't purchase this particular one. There is absolutely no way to pour without getting it EVERYWHERE until you get down to just a few cups. So disappointed!

Large Capacity, Good Looks

Stopped working after 3 months. Won't brew or heat. Dripped heavily when filling coffee maker and dripped heavily when pouring coffee, when it worked;

The design of this unit is excellent. I love the front-loading tray for water and grounds. Everything just works, couldn't be better, as far as the unit goes.

The spout design on the coffee pot is terrible. Every single cup of coffee poured wastes about another 3rd of a cup on the floor. Absolutely terrible design flaw. This clearly wasn't tested in an office environment.
