Fast Printing and copying. Good print quality

Toner cartrigdes are rediculously expensive. Samsung designed printer to stop working after printing certain amount of pages or text. cartridge still has toner but wont work. No refill kits available

Once you get everything dialed in, this machine runs like a champ

Decent for Small Office

 

For the price it's a great option for a small office. The duplexing works great. The PDF file sizes were acceptable. Wish it could scan both sides from the ADF automatically, but I wouldn't expect that at this price.

It has scan to email and scan to PC and they both work well without software popping-up on the workstation when you do a scan. Good drivers for Server 2003 and 2008, as well as XP and Win 7 PCs. Toner doesn't seem to be getting eaten up too fast and so...

The Scan-to-PC option is not enabled by default and took me quite a while to find in their software (it's there under advanced options in their Easy Print Manager. Samsung support is stuck on auto-pilot and they keep referring you to software that...

Good printer, good price

 

Overall this is a lot of machine for the money. I've got it connected to my office network, and everything has worked well so far.

Fast, efficient, lots of options. Easily networked

Some of the menu features are a bit tedious to access, I feel like they could have organized them better. Trying to search the address book by name is a pain

Laser Printer Review

 

I've only had the machine for a day, but the printer and copier seem to work well so far. I'll repost if things change. The reason why I posted this review so quickly is for the "con" stated next
