The manual could be clearer and it had the wrong turntable when it arrived - fortunately my local store were able to find an alternative turntable

its a lovely looking microwave and powerful.

The plate that comes with the microwave is too big so it won't turn, if it does try and turn it scrapes across the back of the microwave and it makes a noise as it's doing that whilst it is leaving a Mark on the back.

Turntable didn't rotate properly. Machine wasn't level so had to put pads under one of the feet to stop it rocking. Returned for refund.

Went back the same day. The pivot for the glass tray is really poor quality and as a result the glass tray rubbed on the back of the microwave. Overall poor build quality.

I've scored it slightly lower for Ease of Use, just because I've had it a few weeks now and am still trying to get to know the various programmes & symbols on the buttons. But this isn't a fault with the product - just my ability to adapt to change?

I am on my 3rd microwave now, this is due to a major issue with the turntable sticking. The only way I got it to work was using my old microwaves wheels under the turntable. Even with this it occasionally sticks. The microwave also makes some high...
