Looks. Bakes well. Easy to see food baking

Self-cleaning causes the unit to get to hot and burns up the control wiring.

I HATE this oven!

We purchased this Whirlpool double oven for a new house we were building. I was so excited about making good selections for my "dream kitchen". We went to a number of appliance stores, asked questions, and we thought we were making a good choice when...

It's easy to set the controls (timer, oven temp, and self-clean feature).

Oven temp isn't consistent & self-clean feature damages oven. Whirlpool won't replace it!

These ovens are junk. I bought my oven in Oct. 1999, The first time we used the clean cycle it almost burned down the house, at that time it was 4 months old, It got so hot that I turned off the breaker in the main electrical panel.After the thing...

Well when it works it works very good.

It needs to be repaired every 4 to 6 months.
