very comfortable to use

this product is quite a bit lighter than our previous vacuum. it is powerfull and seems well made. it is easy to maneouvre . the canister is simple to empty and the filters easy to get at. all in all happy with this purchase.

Very disapointed with this purchase, after only one use of this machine the brush motor has failed and will not reset via the reset switch. I am asking for a full refund after the bank holiday weekend.

We brought one of these machines on the 1st of Feb 2015. Six weeks later we reported the 1st complaint that the reset button take over 30 minutes to reset, which means the brushes do not go round until it has reset, then the footplate stopped coming...
